Linc Service Franchise Network Expands in Southern Florida
ABM Franchising Group, LLC, a subsidiary of ABM Industries
Incorporated, a
leading provider of facility solutions, announced that Brophy Air Specialty Group, LLC,
has signed an agreement to join its Linc Service franchise network. Brophy
Air Specialty Group, LLC, is a leading full-service provider of HVAC
contracting in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Linc Service is a franchise brand of
ABM Franchising Group.

Miami-based Brophy Air Specialty Group, LLC, was
established in 1991 and is a family-owned business providing comprehensive HVAC
to clients in the commercial, industrial and residential markets. The company
prides itself with offering preventive maintenance programs to help prolong
equipment life, efficiencies and reduce breakdowns, along with HVAC repairs,
service, replacements and new equipment installations, and indoor air quality
monitoring.
Brophy Air Specialty Group, LLC, plans to expand its
offerings to include Linc Service’s full range of services, including proactive and preventive
maintenance, to better meet its clients’ needs.

Florida, while continuing to serve MiamiDade County.
