Dane Ellison is Senior Vice President of ABM Franchising Group, an operating unit of ABM that supports a network of more than 150 franchise locations delivering mechanical, electrical, and facility performance solutions in 10 countries. He leads the strategic growth, operational excellence, and franchisee success of the group's two brands, Linc Service® and TEGG®, helping franchise partners serve clients across commercial, institutional, healthcare, industrial, and mission-critical environments.

A seasoned executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience, Dane has built, scaled, and transformed high-performance organizations throughout his career. Known for aligning strategy with execution, he brings deep expertise in business operations, organizational development, and leadership effectiveness. His leadership philosophy emphasizes practical systems, accountability, and continuous improvement, empowering teams and franchise partners to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success.

Kelly Pnacek is Vice President of Franchising, where she supports franchisee growth, operational excellence, and member success across ABM Franchising Group's two brands, Linc Service and TEGG. She works closely with franchise contractors, the Advisory Council, and leadership teams to strengthen network performance and deliver value throughout the franchise system.

With over two decades experience in sales leadership, business operations, and franchise development, Kelly has held progressive leadership roles with ABM, including Maintenance Sales Representative, General Manager, Vice President of Sales, and Vice President of Franchising. She is recognized for driving continuous improvement, developing high-performing teams, and implementing effective sales strategies and business processes.
