Campbell, Inc. Expands HVAC and Energy Solutions Presence in Northern Ohio
Campbell, Inc., a leading provider of commercial HVAC solutions in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, announced that it has acquired The Enterprise Corporation. The Enterprise Corporation is a trusted provider of indoor climate and energy management solutions in commercial and industrial buildings and is headquartered in Cleveland, OH. The transaction was completed on November 6, 2017. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Enterprise Corporation was founded in 1977 after the business known as Enterprise Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was sold to Richard Starr. Since then, The Enterprise Corporation has been a respected name in Northeast Ohio. In 1996, Enterprise became a Linc Service franchise to accelerate growth and market penetration. Linc Service is a franchise brand of ABM Franchising Group, which is a portfolio of franchise networks that deliver mechanical and electrical service and preventive maintenance solutions to commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. Campbell is also a Linc Service franchise and has been a part of the network since 1982. With a 21-year history of working together in the franchise network, a seamless integration is expected since standard operating procedures and management principles are shared by both companies.
