Linc Network, LLC conducts extensive research before
selecting a market area and awarding a franchise. To protect the
integrity of the Linc System, only select contractors who share
common business ethics, philosophies, and a desire to succeed are
awarded franchises. Generally, only one contractor in 100 meets
these criteria.
As a member of the Linc Service Network, you will
have a distinct advantage over your competitors. That advantage
is the Linc System, a practiced and proven format for operating
a commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) service
business. Linc Service Contractors follow the disciplines of the
Linc System to deliver preventive maintenance and HVAC service –
as well as bundled energy solutions – to the commercial market.
Why invest in a Linc
Service franchise?
Owning a Linc Service franchise sets your company apart from the
rest of the pack. But don’t take our word for it. Click
here to see first-hand accounts from some of our Principals
about how the Linc System has enabled them to build a more profitable
business.
Is my market available
for a franchise?
Franchise locations are assigned according to Primary Market Area
(PMA). In most, though not all, cases, only one Linc Service Contractor
operates in each PMA. However, in some cases – namely with
larger cities – multiple franchise locations have been awarded
in the same PMA.

My market is available.
Now what?
Once you have determined that your market area is available for
franchise development, the next step is to contact our franchise
sales department (listed below) to begin initial discussions about
how your organization can become a member of the Linc Service Network.
If, after these initial discussions, you would like to pursue the
opportunity further, the following steps will take place:
• Concept Meeting:
You will meet with our franchise sales director
to have a more in-depth discussion about your interest in becoming
a Linc Service Contractor. He will explain in detail the concepts
behind the Linc System, and how it is used by Linc Service Contractors
to rise above the competition. We’ll also talk about where
your company is now, what your corporate goals are, and where you
want to be.
• Due Diligence:
After the concept meeting has concluded,
we will invite you to call some of our current Linc Service Contractors
to hear about their experiences using the Linc System. During these
phone conversations, we encourage you to ask the representatives
from our franchise locations why they chose Linc, how Linc has helped
their business grow, and/or any other questions you might have.
• Visit Our Headquarters:
Once you have completed the due diligence,
it’s time to take a tour of our corporate headquarters. Depending
on your situation, you will spend about a day-and-a-half visiting
either our Pittsburgh or Atlanta office. During that time you will
meet Linc’s management team and witness a presentation explaining
every component of the Linc System. You’ll also have the opportunity
to visit the site of a current Linc franchise.
• Conclude Agreement:
If, after careful consideration, you like
what you’ve seen and heard, we’ll move forward with
making final arrangements for signing an agreement for the purchase
of your Linc Service franchise.
• Start-Up:
After you’ve signed your franchise agreement, one of Linc’s
Area Vice Presidents (AVP) will schedule a “start-up meeting”
with you to begin operations as a Linc Service Contractor.
